Single Lesson
Work with me one-on-one over Zoom!
Once you’ve booked your lesson, you’ll hear from me within 2–3 business days to arrange scheduling and get everything set for your first lesson.
What to Expect in Your Lesson
I work with singers of all levels and styles, with an emphasis on reducing effort in vocalizing and developing a kind, curious relationship with your voice.
Our first session is all about getting to know you and your voice. We’ll start by chatting about your musical background, your interests, and what’s exciting you creatively these days.
Then we’ll move into:
Warm-ups and stretches — gentle exercises to prepare your body and voice.
A short song segment — please bring 1–2 minutes of a song you enjoy. You can sing to a track or a cappella—whatever feels best.
Focused work — we’ll explore small adjustments and ideas to help you sing with more comfort and freedom.
Takeaways — we’ll wrap up with reflections and a few things to practice before next time.
A 60-minute first lesson helps us get oriented and cover foundational exercises. Ongoing 30-minute lessons move more quickly, so I usually ask students to come warmed up.
